i was up really late one night in rhode island and i had received an e-mail (one of many) asking about my name, sohma g. dawling. soma was a goddess in india. one of the first gods, one of the oldest gods. she was the goddess of the heavens. and rosalie was a hermit saint. *shrugs* anyways, i have a fascination with gods and goddesses, and of course a bit of indian culture. keeping in mind the indian culture, i remembered their appreciation of the fine curves of a human body. if you read the literature of that country, they go into great detail about the grace of a person. i tried to capture that. hopefully succeeded somewhere.
